I recently purchase a used Treo 300 online. I called Sprint and had them switch service to this phone, although I still cannot make or receive any phone calls. When calling this number from my other Sprint phone on my account it rings, but the Treo does not? Gentleman I purchased phone from said it worked just fine and has offered to refund my money or replace it with another. However, if anyone on this forum could take some time to help me out it would be GREATLY appreciated. Sprint just doesnt have any answers for me which is troubling.
