I have had a Treo 650 since the beginning of May. I purchased it from Fry's Electronics.

It has starting resetting more frequently (3 to 4 times a day). Also on at least three occasions the treo won't sync with my desktop. Now the Palm Desktop Software is acting up.

I have tried reset and even a hard reset. I have experience the same issues just after my hard reset with only the Sprint update and Voice Signal installed on the Treo.

What is the best way to repalce my treo. Walking in to a Sprint store or calling customer service? I know there would be a difference of a few days by calling customer service rather than walking in.
