In terms of memory, the Treo 650M will have 128MB of RAM and 64MB of flash ROM. Unlike the Treo 650, the 650M will not use non-volatile RAM to store user-installed applications/databases. However, a backup application is included that allows important data to be saved to the SD card on schedule

    maybe i should have waited

This is really interesting. I've been waiting for this one. It sounds like PalmOne finally got it right on the hardware side. The more I think about it, this is a real interesting development. With built in wifi, you could take advantage of the already developed PocketPC version of Skype! I think you can also easily setup sychonization with Exchange. I'm not that familiar with the inner workings of the Windows Smartphone OS, but I'd be willing to switch platforms to get the functionality I want.

Great Photoshop job there guys - look how those "screen shots" fit the darkened Treo frame without causing glare on that shiny plastic from the bright screen - April Fools is my safe bet.
Remember, the "P" in PDA stands for personal.
If it works for you, it is "P"erfect.

I prefer if the treo came out with PTB Technology...much more useful

LG Extends "Push-To" Concept with PTB

April 1, 2005 source: LG Electronics

Following closely on the heels of the PTV (Push-To-View) technology it demonstrated at 3GSM in February - as well as other recent "push-to" technologies such as Push-To-Talk (PTT) and Push-To-Share - LG today announced a new "Push-To" technology designed to bring families and friends closer, faster. Based on the SIP protocol and IMS technology, Push-To-*****slap (PTB) is designed to enable a whole new dimension of mobile communication. PTB phones will feature a dedicated PTB side key, directly below the PTT key, as well as a special hinged keypad with a powerful spring, that flips up aginst the cheek when activated by the remote party. The company plans to launch at least three PTB phones by the end of the year, and is talking to several other major manufacturers about licensing PTB technology for use in their phones.

I hope it IS an April Fool's joke. Otherwise, I'm gonna be p!$$ed that I didn't wait a bit longer for Tmobile to offer the 650 before I decided to switch carriers. I really liked Tmobile.
