    I've been having trouble since yesterday syncing my device with my computer. It's strange because, it has been working for quite sometime.
    I contacted T-mobile and they couldnt help, then I connected me to palmone and they were going to charge a fee for help...
    Any suggestions?

    Try doing a soft reset and then attempt to re-sync.

    i already did that... i also reset my computer
    none of the simple things work...
