    I was just at the PalmOne stand in Boston and I was talking to the salesmen there. He had never heard about the firmware upgrade, never heard of pTunes, and (to no surprize) has heard nothing of a new Treo. I would like to know how they interview these ppl!

    Before you complain - check out their comp plan. Retail service is a thing of the past, companies can't pay enough to get knowledgeable people. It's just the same as the service (?) rep who answers (?) your questions. I called Cingular the other day and went thru three (3) levels before I found someone who knew what I meant when I asked for a Pop3 server name for mycingular.com (but she wouldn't give it to me).
