    just wondering if anyone else has had any problems with this site? i ordered a headphone adaptor for my treo600 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive a confirmation of despatch! to top it all off they asked for $14 extra shipping even though the site said free shipping and now theres no reply to any emails i send them!!
    has anyone else had any luck with them or know of a way i can sort this out? or have i been ripped off?

    Assuming you used your credit card, write (not call) the credit card company with details of the transaction and ask them to remove the charge from your bill, or credit your account if you've already paid it.
