    Just had another wonderful customer service experience with Sprint, was transferred to the "Trouble Management Department" was on hold for over 20 minutes, then the rep told me that their system was down due to "Saturday night maintenance" and that he couldn't do anything for me until 7 am Sunday. Of course, I forgot to ask him which phone # I should call back at. So, does anyone known the # to this department, or the # I should call when the voice service on my newly activated phone is not working and has never worked?
