Go to memo pad, menu, Edit, Keyboard.

    Just like the old Palms.

Then copy the text to whatever app you want.

Does not seem to work for Contacts, datebook tho' ???

If you don't mind using desk accessories, there is one called acRoman Kbd which pops up the standard Palm keyboard. There is also a separate DA available for the numbers/symbols, but you can access that from ac Roman Kbd.

For the DA Launcher, I recommend DAlauncher4.1.b1. It can be used with X-Master or as a Preference Panel and you can launch it by pressing Option + Return.

The keyboard DA is included in the zip package.
