    Great, pal. You should unplug your pacemaker before this happens -- we wouldn't want anything to damage that thing, now would we?

    I'm a technology consultant, and I've long thought that sunspot / solar flare activity should be tracked along with an outbreak of problems with electrical devices. I noticed ay about 11:50am (PST) that my T600 went roaming in a place where it usually gets 5 bars (Century City, CA).

    A coincidence ? I think NOT !!!

    Mid-morning a large part of town went dark for well over an hour. Must have been solar.

    Interesting part is that no media mentioned it. Guess they can't add two and two together.
