My 270's down button has gone faulty. I have to to press really hard to get it to work. Other than that it's fine. I thought about calling HS up to replace it but I'm scared after hearing stories of people on their 4th or 5th replacement. I'm not sure what kind of problems these people were experiencing or if they were just misdiagnosing app caused problems. That many replacements seems unbelieveable. I'm also wondering if others have had no problems with a first replacement but just haven't posted it. The irate are usually more likely to share (or vent).

I'm coming up on that 1 year warranty and need to act soon. I'm thinking of eventually eBaying this one when the new one comes out but it would be kind of hard with a flaky down button. Any shared experience would help.
