Does anyone know if those setups that put your cell phone through your radio in your car work?

If so, how well do they pick up your voice?

    Thanks

The fonefree one? I got a couple of those, just for ha has. It's a really nifty idea, but incoming sound is too funky.

What you get is a clip-on piece which connects to your phone's ear. It sends it to two radio stations, one low and one high, I forget which ones. But it doesn't do anything for the mic on your phone, so you'll likely need to yell etc for them to hear you depending on your background noise.

The native speakerphone of the Treo is much better anyhow, but I still wanted to get the fonefree to play around. It's a cool little device, but not much transmit power at all, I could barely pick it up indoors with it very close to the antenna. In the car it seemed better.
