Hi all,

personally I would love HP to sell off webOS since it is obvious that they are looking to cut off the PC div and set it afloat....I do agree with the article....Mark Hurd was the best thing to happen to HP in decades and now that's over!

With any luck it will happen....in the meantime FYI...see link.

Take care,

jay

Hewlett-Packard is one of America’s great technology companies.

Founded by Stanford University graduates Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard in 1947 in the proverbial Silicon Valley garage, the company went on to earn a reputation for engineering excellence and having a culture that fostered and rewarded innovation.

Sadly, HP seems to have lost its way. Like Yahoo!, the company doesn’t have a clear vision of what it really is. And both are now suffering death by a thousand cuts: to their chief executive officers, stock prices, employees, products and customers.
