all you have to do is buy a touchpad when it comes out. Take it to your local car stereo shop and utter the magic words "replace my car radio with this." most shops should have no problems with this. Problem is how much your looking to spend on this. You need at least the

    touchpad $?
    processor(audison bit one) $~500-600
install labor-$probably around $300 at least for most basic cars
    extra parts $100-$300 range.

anything can be done but for the right price. I work as an installer so I know what I'm talking about. Any questions feel free to ask.

Maybe run a front console-sized LCD off of an x86 PC in your trunk, running the emulator. Can you boot WebOs natively on x86 or does it have to virtualize to work?
