yeah, looks like a phone that will not have a removable battery. our old touchstones will prob not work with it unfortunately.

I am so watching this development closely. Treo 650, 700, 800, Pro, Pre, Evo, and only HP and the phone gods know what awesomeness I may be getting next!!

what makes you think it's a ringer switch I'm not saying it's not but I don't think it's a phone

It's a phone, geez! What else do you think fits that form factor?

Garrett already pointed out the buttons and ringer switch.

This looks to me like the upper right side of a revamped Pre taken from the back. Screen/on button on the left side of the screen, ringer on/off button next to it.

    Pretty sure that's the phone.

    But... grey??

Hardware switch on the top right of a Palm phone. Must be ringer switch! Lol

I'm thinking each pan of the camera is representing one device.

Wouldn't bother me a bit. I liked the Pre form factor. Interestingly, in the last 7 days, I've had opportunity to use (briefly, each) an Evo and an iPhone. Didn't like the size of either, or the boxiness.

After reviewing this in high definition, slow-motion at 1/8 frame rate and extrapolating the dimensions I can definitely say I don't know what the hell this is.

The second image is obviously a Push-To-Talk button. Expect Palm announcing a partnership with Boost Mobile in the near future.
