i purchased the treo holster which the clip broke off after one week of use and the emergency charger which did better it broke within a month. the quality of both of these products in my mind was less then acceptable. i e mailed seidio.com twice and did not have the courtesy of a response , which is not good for customer relations.

The antenna clip on mine broke on the third time I tried to forced it in! It upset me at first and then I realized that the damn thing was too tight and it would scratch the antenna base in no time. Instead of returning it I used it as a car mount and used a 1'' black rubber band to secure the antenna and the Treo. It actually looked good.

I ordered and received the 9-volt emergency charger a few days before I went on a 5-day camping trip in the mountains south of Lake Tahoe. I figured I had no way to recharge the Treo at South Shore casinos, and the cigarette lighter in my friend's car didn't work, so the Seidio gadget seemed ideal.
After setting it up my little recharging project on the greasy, dirty camp table, I found when I plugged in a fresh 9-volt battery that the internal wiring was put together poorly, so I had to lean the device at an angle to get it to charge. After a few days it failed totally.
When I got back I e-mailed them about the failure, and was directed to fill out an ELABORATE, detailed form in order to get my official return number! We'll see if the replacement charger works any better.
I like the concept, but the workmanship is less than perfect. In the meantime I have received my solar charger from Plastecs and am getting ready to solder a Treo 180 connector (severed from a charging unit) to it.

I want to order the USB cbarger cable and the 9V battery adapter, but I newer get anyone on the phone, only voice mail. They also want to charge me US$20 to ship to Canada, which is more than the item. It seems that this company is bad news. Anyone knows where else to get the 8" USB Treo charger cable and the 9V battery carger? Are they the only game in town?
    Thanks
