    Hey Folks,

Has anybody tried or figured out a way to increase the 3 minute auto-off timeout on their Treo's?

I have tried various PalmGear apps but all of them cause the Treo to power off every 3 seconds or so (yeah not exactly what my goal was) until I go back to one of the system defaults.

I know about the .8 (I think it was 8?) shortcut but that disables the auto-off timeout and all I want to do is lengthen it to about 7-10 minutes or so.

I use a program called MacroPlay to automatically check email every three hours and if I have a lot of mail it powers off during the fetch and misses some - close but no cigar - yet!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    bostonGuy

Good find - I hadn't seen that one. What it looks like it'll do is keep me connected through a power-off. Not sure if mail will keep downloading through that though.

I'll tinker with and let you know.

    Thanks,
