    Jeesh... it was overvalued at $30 per share. HP has now almost doubled Dell's original offer of $18 per share. Why do they want it so bad?? I mean, there's other cloud companies to be had for much cheaper...

    More is going on here than meets the eye, methinks.

    I agree. HP must have a really good reason for wanting to spend this kind of money.

    my guess is that Mark Hurd was dating one of their executives and this is in payment to keep them quiet.
