I want to set the option-3 button to open my BaseJet instead of the not-too-useful (for me) CityTime app. I can see how to config the primary function of buttons but not their option-button settings. Where's that at? Thanks.

Try Buttons-T. It installs a new options screen "Buttons-T" in Preferences that allows you to do what you want.

    Hi Robert,

Either of those programs should work fine. Buttons-T is a preferences app and TreoButton is a separate application. TreoButton also adds the ability to map shift-hard keys.

Try both then eliminate the one you don't need. They're both free.

    I hope this helps,
    Rob

    Oh yeah,

It's great to see someone else from Durham on these message boards!

    Maybe I'll see ya around.

TreoButton is indeed just the ticket. Don't even need to try the other app as this did the trick, now the email button takes me to email. Imagine!

Two Robs from Durham NC? How do we know it's not the same person talking to themselves. "No I'm not"..."Yes I am".
Sort of like Frank Purdue and ex-mayor Koch. (shows my age).

It could be me talking to my mini-me!
