I had data services work for 2 days then it failed. After three weeks of debugging (everyone is *so* sure they know the fix), Cingular says replace my smart-card.

FYI: They also said today that Data Connect service was required, contradicting HS's previous statement that wireless internet service was the proper config. Also, Cingular stated that HS's current statement about them being the ISP was incorrect.....jeez, you'd think that working on networking professionaly for the past 11 years would make things easier...

Anyone seen a smart card failure? Did a new one make things better? Also, anyone using wireless internet without data connect (i.e. bucket minutes for internet.) And third, is anyone using Cingular as their ISP? If so, what is the access # (presuming the mywirelesswindow is the username/pw...)
