    Hi guys!

    I got this email from an user and don't know how to answer him

    "i just got a replacement pre and my palm profile did not download the apps i was advised by palm to contact the developer for a resolution."

    Do you think it is true that Palm will ask user to contact developer to resolve this kind of problem? As a developer how do I know user did purchase my app? and how can I solve this problem? Of course I don't want to send the ipk file to him over the email.

    Well, this is now suspicious, since I got the exact same message. Or it may be that the user is using both of our apps.

    My first suggestion would be to contact Palm to find out the answer to your first question, and then take it one step at a time from there. It does sound weird but it's true that the palm backup function leaves something to be desired.
