I was reading the following article from Extreme Tech

Treo aimed at wireless apps

It got me thinking about the Nextel apps. My work just got a couple of hundred of these things. We have found they are significantly cheaper than buying radios ($1500 a pop) to communicate with. We don't have the cell phone features activated. We just use the radio (Direct connect) and the two-way messaging functions.

If Hanspring wants to really rake in some sales they should start smoozing Nextel!

Just my 39 cents worth.
