    Now, for the observant among you, you might realize that the CPU listed in the articles as you read through are the same as our Treo's, ARM 5TE's.

    Maybe someone will work on booting Andriod on a Treo soon.

    We'd still run into the same problems the rest of the guys who have been running linux on Treos have: device drivers. Sure, you can boot the OS, but good luck getting it to talk to the Treo's different Radios/keyboard/etc.
    Visor Edge + VisorPhone -> Samsung i300 -> Treo 300 -> Treo 600 -> Treo 700p -> Treo 755

    This is true, even though they're "just" serial devices or modems for data, etc. But perhaps that also means that Google might put out a "Treo" version.
