    Hi,

A software vendor has told me their software (Rhapsody regular)
won't work unless a letter drive appears in the "My Computer"
folder for my Treo 650 when it is connected via USB to the
    computer.

Yet, I have Hotsync and Palm Desktop/Quick-Install/etc all
properly installed and all of those work fine. However, no
letter drive never appears for the USB connection.

My question is: does the vendor's request make sense? If
so, is there some additional software that puts such a letter
drive up? I know I can just take Memory Card in the Treo 650
and put it in my compatible card reader in the PC and the
letter drive shows up that way.

But in the past (before my XP, Rhapsody, and Treo 650
Updater upgrade) the above all worked, then suddenly
    it stopped.

If anyone knows how to get a letter drive to a connected
Treo (any Treo), please let me know how you did it.

    Thanks.

There is software for the Treo that will make its SD card appear as a drive. However, the Treo does not do that natively.

Softick offers a program called Card Export 2 to let you do what you need. You can download a free trial (14 days I think?) to evaluate it. It's $14.95 to register.

    I think it's great.
