    after hours on the phone with verizon tech support, the best solution they could come up with is for me to go into wirelessync.com and go through contact by contact to revise them then save them. No way for me to fix the problem with a total solution, and no way for me to edit the contacts on the Treo itself. They really don't know what I should do!!!!!

    I know how frustrating it is. I had the same problem on my Sprint T650. I tried everything I could think of: hard resets, exporting and re-importing my contacts to another T650, etc. Nothing fixed the problem.

    Now, I'm on a Sprint 700P, and after beaming my contacts over from my T650, everything is working correctly on the new Treo. Wish I knew the cure for you, but at least I can sympathise.
