    But only by excluding Crackberries, which I think most users consider to be phones as well as email devices.

    Yes, they sort of slip that elusive fact in at the end... I found this line interesting:

    One of the top reasons cited by survey participants was choice of operating system.
    I'm not up atm on the RIM debacle. Are they dodging the lawsuit enough to survive?
