I'm not like you freaks. You don't know me. I'm going to send all of you my psychologist's business card over Bluetooth. There you go. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to the forums to check if anyone has seen Hollywood. It's been 15 minutes since the last time I checked.
LOL!!! I have not put this thing down since I bought it. Being a former Palm user, I already knew a lot of the websites and apps, so I am loving it. But, it't definitely a problem. My girlfriend knows how I am about my gadgets and knows to leave me alone (picture a pitbull eating and you try to take his food away).

I think I would run from the intervention. Escape through the bathroom window and make a break for it!

I mean it! One more step, and I will hard reset so fast, you won't even see the blinking snow flake!

    Now, GO SIT DOWN!!

I'm with Perry. Embrace it. I don't suffer from Treo-holism, I enjoy it!

My wife just thinks I am a little boy and rolls her eyes.

She calls me a geek, and tells me to put down my little toy. Even with a soft reset ever now and then (damn Blue tooth), it's been more reliable than the name caller
    There's always next year!

As it turns out, the Treo "legacy" has outlasted the wife. How sad is that? It might have lasted if I could have just soft reset her from time to time. Clear out some of that old memory that was just hanging around doing nothing but cause problems with the other processes.

(Ironically, this is closer to the truth than I'd like to admit)

I know how you feel. How many of your wives or girlfriends get jealous of your gadgets? My current one understands. But others have not taken to my addiction well.

14 year old daughter to father:

    "Dad, put the technology away."

Of course -- who wants one for their birthday on 4/24 --- she gets the 650 , I get the 700P. (Anyone want to buy her used Zire 71 and Sony Ericsson 626?)
