I use biblereader and really like them. The reader is free and several translations are free. Some translations however aren't (depending on whether it's still copyrighted or something along those lines).

I currently have 4 translations on my palm and you can split the screen between two translations and see how they differ (I have two catholic versions and one protestant version as well as one literal translation). Here's a link to the free versions...

I use Olive Tree's Bible Reader also.

there is an option that let's you split into 3 screens as well. This is cool for having a couple of versions, plus, in my case the Strongs' concordance/dictionary.
