I see the option to "export to SIM" but it only does it one by one.
Is there a way to export ALL contacts to the SIM at once?
    I'm on a 650.

    Thanks,

    Found this... http://discussion.treocentral.com/showpost.php?p=434034&postcount=3

the funBook program has a 30 day trial... I have not tried it so I can't vouch for it.

I keep my contacts backed-up in Outlook

    1. Install funBook (http://www.fun4palm.com/x4/produkte/funBOOK.asp) on your PDA (read TREO)
    2. Put SIM into another mobile phone, switch it on and activate IR.
    3. Run FunBook, create a new Workbook and import contacts into it from address book.
    4. Align the PDA (read TREO) with the other phone's IR and export these contacts to SIM/Phone.

I tested with 3 different Nokia phones and import/export to sim/phone worked just fine.

    thanks for the info.
i actually had ALL my contacts on my SIM from my previous phone.
the "import from SIM" works great on the treo because it pulls them ALL in at once.
since the default contact on the treo goes to the phone rather than the SIM, i had a lot of new contacts on my treo that i wanted to back-up to my SIM.
i cleaned up my contacts on my treo and ended up deleting ALL the contacts from my SIM (since they are on the treo).
i wanted do a clean export of my contacts to the SIM, but was not aware that i would have to do them one by one. i figured that it would be similar to the "import from SIM" feature.
so, as it stands, i have all my contacts on my treo and none on my SIM.
i'll take a look at those links.

    thanks,

Have you tried the suggestion in the thread pointed to by Big_OTR_Fan?

The GSM consortium really needs to change the way SIM cards hold data. One number per name just doesn't make sense. They need to come up with a different standard that is able to hold multiple info (address, numbers, email) per person.

it shouldn't cost that much to add some more memory to the SIM card to hold that data.
