So my contract ends in April. I can early restart in feb and get a new phone but I dont want to use my upgrade on sprint I want to wait until the iphone 5 if possible. So if I purchased a motorola photon of contract to say whatever and just used it and got to april and had to renew my contract in april. Do I loose my new contract upgrade?

It has nothing to do with how long you've been a customer or how long you've been using smartphones. It's just their way of nickel and diming data users...which is still not as bad as Verizon or AT&T. |
