Yea, it was deliberate. The CommandLine in WOSQI 3.x was very very buggy, and didn't handle interactive commands properly (or any command that required input for that matter). And given that 100% of the code was being rewritten for v4.0, I figured I'd leave it for a future version.

That's a side effect of an issue affecting Mac and Linux users specifically, that I've tried to avoid but had no luck. Thankfully, the issue is gonna be gone with webOS 2.x, so you guy hopefully won't have to live with it too long.

Correct. Sorry I forgot to mention it in the first post. But yea, the current public Linux Novacom drivers don't support webOS 2.0, but it's highly likely Palm will release 2.0 drivers eventually.
