I am looking for some help as I have exhausted all variables I can think of. I followed word for word the carefully written instructions for using WebOS Quickinstall to load Preware onto my device. All goes SO well, until I get an "Error 1" Unable to connect to device error. I am so very close to getting it to work, now I'm just so frustrated I can't think of any mor possibilities. Any help or suggestions/solutions from others with a similar problem would be fantastic. Thank-you!

Can you post a screenshot? Also, is your device in developer mode?
