    When I open webos quick install I am able to view the tweaks and device management. The plus and minus buttons work as well but when I click on the blue arrow to get to the app window nothing happens at all. I have re-downloaded everything and started from the beginning and still no luck. Is anyone else having this problem? Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Just to again state....Yes, all programs are up to date and re-installed.

    It won't even pop up to let me choose anything, I click on eveything else and it works. As soon as I click on the blue arrow I get nothing.

    Choose the right feed? I never had to change anything before, after downloading it worked fine. How do you do that?

    You can't choose or change feeds unless the pop-up window shows after clicking the blue arrow. I don't get that pop-up.

    do you have the correct version for your OS and carrier?

    Yes, its 3.14 and sprint pre.

    It was working fine, I haven't done anything to it. It just started doing this yesterday.

    first completely reboot computer and check that novacom is working (running) and let us know . also reboot phone as well

    I re-installed novacom and verified that it is working. I've re-booted both before posting with no luck.

    Everything else on it works, its just the blue arrow that does nothing.

    Probably not the case, but is your phone in dev. mode?

    i would do this then .

    go to the repair utility and run it on your phone . you may need to run this and fix any glitches your phone may or may not have.

    Ok, I re-booted again and verified novacom. Everything seems to be in order. I'll try the repair utility now.
