Quick Install on Windows 7. How do I install?

Please don't point me to http://forums.precentral.net/canuck-...l-v3-14-a.html . I've done that for my widows vista computer and worked just fine. The problem is I can't get it on my windows 7 netbook 32 bit. I have Java installed, Doctor, and Quick Install. I have Novacom installed, but not sure if it's helping with anything or what I'm suppose to do with it. I tried using 7 zip and really didn't know what I needed it for, because it didn't help me at all (and I've used zip programs before, it just seems different). Any help would be appreciated.

Another thing. When you type in webosqi, webosqi, webos quick install, or quick install, nothing comes up in the searches in here. Fortunately I knew Canuck Software (Jason) made it.
