    Ok, so I have Win7 and I cant get WOQI to do anything with my Sprint Pre.

    It does run but when i try to do anything with it wont respond. It wont
    Win7 detects and installs the Pre and Novacom drivers are installed perfectly.

    So before you guys start asking the usual questions, lets me tell you that:

    1- The Pre is in charging mode.
    2- Its in Developer mode.
    3- I have tried another machine running Win7 and it works fine.

    It wont connect with my Pre!

    Try downloading a different version of it, and make sure that you have the Sprint Quickinstall.

    I have this happen intermittently with me also. Try a different USB cable, different USB ports, with and without a USB hub, if you have one. I always eventually get things going.
    Sprint since 01/06/99: Sanyo SCP-4500 -> Audiovox PPC-6700 -> Palm Treo 755p -> Palm Centro -> Palm Pre 1.4.5 -> Jailbroken iPhone 4s

    I was having an issue with Win 7 and USB Device NOT RECOGNIZED. After hours of trying all the forum options, it was as simple as making sure i used the stock USB cord and not an after market unit. The stock cord should have the shiny areas on each end .

    I found the problem. I never had let Webos Quick Install download the latest version of WebOs Doctor on my computer. I had gotten the WebOs Doctor off a web site. This time I let WQI do the download and then I placed it right inside the folder were WOQI was, Bingo!

    Thank you Guys!
