Out of 60 patches on my Pre - 13 are from Jason or Jason plus others. dbSooner also deserves credit - 6 patches.

Jason - another donation on its way - but - could I add a request - one thing I really miss from my Nokia is the ability to silence the phone (all items) for a specified period - 1, 2, 3 hours.

What other patches do you have installed?
  10. #70
    Ah I have 43 patches installed.. But let's try the ones for top bar;

    am-pm indicator in top bar
    brightness in device menu
    data in device menu
    gps icon on top bar
    gps in device menu

can you post the exact error? You would be surprised at the patches that touch the top bar and you don't realize it. This will tell you exactly what is on your Pre. Just reread your post and I see it is removing it that is causing you problems. Have you did a luna restart? How are you trying to unistall, Preware, internalz, or webosqi?

1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file usr/lib/luna/system/luna-systemui/app/views/devicemenu/devicemenu-scene.html.rej

I tried to uninstall through Preware and webosqi..
  13. #73
I had an issue similiar to this and I found I had to uninstall the gps icon in top bar to remove error.
  14. #74
It wasn't gps icon on top bar patch, I tried it first.. But it still didn't work, so I decided to remove all top bar patches, and it worked.. Thanks!

I am getting a IPKG error when trying to add FileMgr or anything that requires the SysToolsMgr.
    Any quick/easy fix for this?

Was originally gonna post the individual webOS 2.0.1 patches in all the individual threads, but that would be a bit too much.

    So here's the situation: I've updated/submitted 49 webOS 2.0.1 patches.

You can find them via the patching feed in WOSQI or Preware.
