All tests are done on my pre...30x30 is doing the same thing as 40x40. Fitting nicely in the top & right but overstretching to the bottom & left. No luck with the pre doing any sort of auto-size on my avatar.

So odd. my avatar is outside the lines when i test on emulator but is in the lines when i do it with the pre.. are you guys using the newest build.. he updated 2.03 3 times already.. so make sure you have the newest one.

I did patch my pre using fritos's patch. using quick install i can remove avatar and place it back and is in the lines everytime on the pre.. but not the emulator.

@jason

32x32 still seems to be oversized. It seems like the pre may be auto-stretching the avatar outside of the rounded square for some reason.

yes its tru...no matter how u resize it on the computer it'll stay the same....but w.e i dont care right now its late got class tomorrow...jason thanks for fixing the text messaging....take a look at the email landscape when u have a chance....when replying to an email turns it to portrait when ur already in landscape...and u have to switch it to portrait then back again to landscape for it to work

Wonder if pre's detecting that the image is too large so it's engaging a resize command...hmmm checking it out right meow.

Tried 320x320 and it didn't work. Does it matter I chose png-24 instead of png-8?
