Text to Speech for Notifications

I love webOS but what I miss about my Windows phones was the Notifications being read to me through my Bluetooth Headset. Whenever I would receive an MMS, email, or calendar notification my old Windows phone would read the header to me keeping me from fumbling with my phone while driving. Haven't found any webOS app or patch that can do it. If anybody knows of one already I've missed or if a dev wants to attack this I know I would appreciate and pay for this functionality! Anybody else?
