touchpad trying to turn on wifi and reboots in a minute or two. wifi works well in webos but not in cm9. tried to delete wifi profile, reset all data - no effect. looks like I should reinstall wifi driver . nothing was changed in the system while wifi stopped to work.

deleted cm9 and installed cm10 - no luck. Hangs on "turning wifi on".

I'm not familiar with the Android side of things, though I'd say a good place to start are the logs. Use ADB and logcat.
