I was hoping that your "bumpp bump" was because there is a newer version linked to in the first post but alas no recent edit with new information.

I got the April 18th build working nicely dual.boot on the touchpad 32 but there is only so much I can do with it since it appears I do not have any apps...maybe the gapps got lost in the process? Is other a way to just install those with acme3 without having to redo the OS?

download some of the various different gapps archives floatign around that others have used and just install them on their own via clockworkmod, hopefully 1 of them will work, the one that came with the original archive or was linked too should have worked tho.

There are many roms to choose from now.

    TouchPad Development - xda-developers

    I now using
    [ROM] [RC2] [4.2.2 CM10.1] <KANG>SCHIZOID 2.10 All-in-One [08AUG2013]
with Paranoid , Pie, Halo and many custom rom settings. This would have to be one of the best roms for TP

    [ROM] [RC2] [4.2.2 CM10.1] <KANG>SCHIZOID 2.10 All-in-One [08AUG2013] - xda-developers

Mine are centerd on the nightlies under the title Cm10/ 10.1 nightlies as of now for the sake of consistency with roms you never know when they will discontinue development for them as in the case with the Classicnerd rom.

Tried that one, but the Play crashes a lot.

I've been playing around with 'cm-10.1-20130808-EXPERIMENTAL-tenderloin-BLUETOOTH_TEST'
from the one and only JCSullens + 'gapps-jb-20130812-signed' - a few 'glitches', but nothing TP-destroying yet!

~And sneakily becoming more and more 'webOS-like' UI-wise I notice.

    Frank,

There is are a number of pages here about placing Android on the TP, and there is a thriving community over on XDA developing Android on the TP.

If you are after running Android apps from within webOS, the only real option is ACL, but that is hindered by using Android 2.3.6 as the base build.

    Have fun
