Upgrade from CM9 to CM10 - How do I get my apps back?
Will the app store and Amazon automatically recognize the new build as the same old device and reinstall my apps? What happens if I buy a new Android tablet? Do I have to purchase the apps again or can I transfer them? Thx.

With Google Play you should be able to just log back into your Google account. You probably won't get game items IAP back.
