Certain apps stop working on loading screen

In Cm9 certain apps (I.e. fruit ninja) have stoked working totally. When launching the app it goes to the loading screen and then exits and goes to the home screen. It does this every time. Given it isn't every app, it affects certain few.

I would try wiping your cache. Reboot, pick clockwork recovery at the first screen. Then wipe cache partition and advanced/ wipe dalvik cache.
