Google play store " stopped"

Hi,

Market changed to google play today and it doesn't work with CM9.

Do I need to download an update and from where?

Works for me in CM9. No issues at all (after I d/l 'd and accepted their new terms of service)

If you go to apps in the settings, it may show you the needed d/l the update.
If you have not accepted the terms of service, you will not get access to the store.

I updated the Android Market app in CM9 to Google Play yesterday, and it's been working for me without any problems. Maybe a restart will fix it.
