And the last post(that I could find) on the site was 25 February....first post on this thread 26 February. My guess is they are still stuck. Whether or not they are still working on it is anybody's guess.

Problem: Veer touchscreen is something that diffrent. I can not see the driver init in kernel log. The driver released by HP seems to be framework that make the fireware work.
When CM port android to touchpad, they must also met this problem ( the chip is different to veer, but the driver is in similar situation), i wann know how do they fsolve this problem?

Any advice or help?

android-on-veer proof:
Downloads - android-on-veer - port android to hp veer - Google Project Hosting
is it helpful for you?

Hi... It would be nice to hear if you are doing some noticeable progress... As I said before - I'd be ready to donate something for your great work. WebOS on my Veer is really buggy.

Kind regards and good luck
