My headphones jack doesn't work on the CM9. Audio from the native speakers work on the Touchpad, but when I plug in headphones, no audio. Is this a known issue or am I just unlucky?

It's not just you, my Touchpad (CM9 Alpha 2) does this as well.
I haven't found any other information on this problem, yet.

Same problem here.. Running alpha 2 at the moment.

Rebooting to webOS restores sound to the headphone jack.

The trick is to plug the headphones in -before- you open the app you want to use for listening. They'll work fine (I think it also works if you boot the touchpad up with the headphones plugged in).

It's a bug at the moment, but that is a fairly simple workaround for the time being.

Just curious if this happens with stereo BT headphones too? Or if it's specific to the hardwired connection.
I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

I am having the same issue. However, I tried this and the headset works just fine now. THX!

I would like to know about the BT headphones. There is a pair I would really like to get...I'll open another thread.
    Thank you kindly,
    Rosy
