Hi new user here and a proud owner of an HP TP.

I recently purchased a Blurex case with keyboard for the iPad. Works great on webOS but I can't seem to get it to work on CM9 (will pair in CM9).

Is this CM9 related because the keyboard working in WebOS tells me that it's not a hardware problem but a software problem in CM9, at least for me.

Any tips on how to make it work?

I scoured the internet for answers and only found 1 telling me to simply restart a)tablet b)keyboard c)bluetooth or unpair and repair all to no avail.

If any experienced posters can direct me to a better place to put this thread please let me know.

CM9 is SOOO alpha right now so give the devs some more time to get more core functions to work like HID stuff.
Try diplomacy first. You can always conquer them later...

I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

My HP bluetooth touchpad keyboard works brilliantly in CM9 (I even use it to navigate webpages, love the ability to scroll and tap links etc with the keyboard).

I have no idea why this one wouldn't. You said it paired up, so I'm at a loss - undoubtedly it'd be a software issue and may or may not be fixed as we move forward out of alpha.

Everywhere I look, it seems as if every Bluetooth keyboard functions fine. I'm still hoping that addiarmadar is right in saying that cm9 is till in alpha. I'm assuming that I paired it correctly because the TP tells me to type 4 numbers into the keyboard and press return and it says that its connected and paired. Completely at a loss and I hope Bluetooth gets further development within cm9 for the next update. Just a thought would you recommend goig back to cm7 and see if the keyboard works fine?

Not really. CM9 is just so much more polished imho.

CM7 can do some things CM9 can't do yet, but I still can't bring myself to go back .

My question is a slightly more specific one. I have a Motorola Wireless Keyboard that was designed for Android devices. It works excellently with webOS, and the only things that don't work are the Android function keys. I was wondering, if anyone else has this keyboard, if these key work with CM9. I have not yet installed CM9 as I am waiting for it to go stable. Thanks!
