Starting the app on my Pre, which just worked yesterday or possibly today, now says "User cannot access this application" 
Edit: oddly enough, after I dismissed it, it retrieved my news feed, and appears to have let me update my status.
On further review, my status update did not post.
Also, turning off developer mode did not help. :P
