Error After DN wallpaper

Trying to open attachment for wallpaper and get the following error:
1) When clicking on the link in the email I get the "no handler available" error
2) When clicking on the image (jpg) I get the following "no application available to open this file"

Any ideas? Thanks in advance! FYI prior to this i DN the following, Iphone black style launcher and the patches for the 4x4 icons, preware etc
