I haven't seen many College University logo wallpapers so I thought I'd post some from my favorite. The University of Oklahoma.

I would like to know this as well.

Edit: NVM I did a search and it looks like you have to root your phone to get access to the necessary directory for changing the dialer background.

yes, my Pre is rooted! It's not that hard though. In fact changing the dialer background is one of the easiest changes I've made. The info is over at the developers wiki here:

pre dev wiki: Background Editing

I started by changing to the black images that are provided with the instructions then I changed the main image to put on the OU logo. I left the other two files as they were.
