Thanks! It's not a theme; it's the Topbar Fullscreen Wallpaper patch, and I changed my launcher icons to the BlackBerry 6 icon set.

Battery Charged icon -- (i) name as battery-charged.png | (ii) install to /usr/lib/luna/system/luna-systemui/images/

Note: the background renders transparent, not white...see below. And, this icon only shows when the phone is fully charged and plugged-in/on touchstone.
