2TrackMe is around since a year maybe. I think it's quite useful and matured especially thinking of the very basic support of the old PalmOS for http requests and stuff.
MapTool will be free at least for the next couple of updates. Maybe when I think it's matured enough (and the German AppCatalog supports buying) I start to sell it for a low price.
